Successful cooperation of Sarajevska pivara and National Theatre continues

 

Sarajevo, 25 January 2017 – And this year again, Sarajevska pivara dd / JSC will be the general sponsor of the Sarajevo National Theater, which with its long tradition of more than 90 years has been the oldest and most important theater institution in our country.

At the signing of a sponsorship agreement, Zlatko Ramić, the Director General of the Sarajevska pivara dd / JSC, said that it was believed in this company that their duty was to support any project and institution aiming to promote heritage and culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the promotion of our country in general.

 “We have decided on to re-support the National Theatre because we recognized the progress of the institution that was made in the past year. It was important for us to enable the return of the audience into the theater, including the implementation of significant projects in the Theatre. Therefore, we will continue to support all projects and institutions in which we recognize the progress”, said Ramić. 

The Director of the National Theatre Sarajevo Marijela Hašimbegović said that it was a great honor that this domestic company once again recognized the potential and the importance of investing in the Sarajevo National Theatre.

 “Having established such cooperation, the Sarajevska pivara dd / JSC once again proved to be a socially responsible company and we are delighted that the Sarajevsko, as a valuable domestic brand, remained a part of the family of our sponsors. This cooperation is a great support in the realization of our planned program for this year, and in the achievement of our mission to promote culture and theatrical art and preserve the cultural and artistic heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina by presenting classic and modern pieces of drama, opera, ballet and musical art”, added Hašimbegović.

In 2016, the Sarajevska pivara dd / JSC supported around 230 various cultural and sports events, institutions and socially responsible projects.
